My journey back to myself was a process of radical unlearning. I had to dismantle the patriarchal structures I had internalized and remember a more ancient, feminine way of creating, leading, and thriving that also came natural and intuitively to me. I discovered that my sensitivity was my superpower, my intuition my inventative mind was my most reliable strategist my energy and being deeply embodied in my essence and my capacity to rest was as vital as my capacity to act.

1. Purpose of the Agreement
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which the Mentor will provide mentorship to the Mentee. This mentorship will focus on areas including, but not limited to, feminine leadership, personal development, business growth, embodiment practices, and self-love, as mutually agreed upon by both parties.
2. Mentorship Services
The Mentor agrees to provide the following services:
One-on-one sessions, either in person or online, as scheduled.
Guidance, advice, and support as related to the Mentee's personal or professional development.
Feedback on goals, actions, and challenges.
Tools, resources, and materials as necessary to support the Mentee’s growth, including:
Videos, audios, and workbooks under the Goddess Embodiment Journey Online Portal that the Mentee will have access to during the mentorship. These resources are to be used for the Mentee’s personal development only and may not be copied, resold, or distributed under any circumstances. The Mentee acknowledges that all content provided by the Mentor is the exclusive intellectual property of Tosca Peric.
3. Intellectual Property and Penalty for Reselling
The Mentee agrees that all materials provided during the mentorship program, including videos, audios, workbooks, and other content, are the exclusive intellectual property of Tosca Peric. The Mentee may not copy, distribute, resell, or use the content for commercial purposes under any circumstances.
In the event that the Mentee is found to be reselling, distributing, or otherwise monetizing the intellectual property of Tosca Peric without express permission, the Mentee agrees to compensate Tosca Peric for any actual damages, including but not limited to lost revenue and legal fees, incurred as a result of the breach.
Additionally, the Mentee acknowledges that a breach of this agreement may result in legal action, and Tosca Peric reserves the right to seek appropriate remedies, including injunctive relief and compensation for any actual losses suffered.
4. Duration of the Mentorship
The mentorship program will commence on [insert start date] and end on [insert end date], or as otherwise mutually agreed upon. Sessions will be held according to the agreed-upon schedule and the terms of the program.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree that any sensitive or personal information shared during mentorship sessions will remain confidential. The Mentor will not share any personal details about the Mentee without prior consent, unless required by law. Similarly, the Mentee agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding the Mentor’s private or proprietary materials.
6. Fees and Payment
The total fee for the mentorship program is €[insert amount]. Payment shall be made as follows:

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation: If the Mentee needs to cancel a scheduled session, they must provide at least 24 hours' notice via email. Failure to do so will result in the session being forfeited.
Rescheduling: If the Mentee wishes to reschedule a session, they must notify the Mentor at least 48 hours in advance. The Mentor will offer alternative dates based on availability.
If the Mentor needs to reschedule or cancel a session, they will notify the Mentee at least 48 hours in advance and offer a suitable alternative.
8. Expectations and Responsibilities
The Mentee is responsible for taking action on the advice given, completing any assignments, and attending sessions regularly.
The Mentor will provide guidance, encouragement, and resources, but the Mentee must actively engage in the process to achieve the desired outcomes.
Both parties agree to maintain respectful and professional communication throughout the course of the mentorship.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Mentor provides advice and guidance based on their expertise and experience. However, the Mentor does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. The Mentee acknowledges that their progress is dependent on their own effort and commitment.
10. No Refunds Policy
Due to the nature of the mentorship program, and because the Mentee has direct access to all tools and resources within the Goddess Embodiment Journey Portal upon enrollment, all fees are non-refundable.
The Mentee acknowledges that once they commit to the program and make the payment, no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether the Mentee completes the program or not. The Mentee accepts full responsibility for their decision to enroll and understands that access to the content is immediate and irrevocable upon payment.
11. Termination of the Agreement
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. If the Mentee decides to terminate the program early, the Mentor will retain any payments already made.
12. Indemnification
The Mentee agrees to hold the Mentor harmless from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from the Mentee's participation in the mentorship program.
13. Agreement Modifications
This Agreement may be modified only in writing and signed by both parties. Any changes or amendments must be agreed upon by both the Mentor and the Mentee.
