Deposit and Refunds:

Holding transformational retreats hold a lot of non-refundable responsibilities and pre-payments for me as an organizer. Please note that the deposit of 500€ is non-refundable to secure your spot. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned.
Postponement:

If you need to postpone your stay for any reason (this includes everything. We are never responsible if you cannot attend the retreat), you have the option to transfer your deposit to another retreat date, subject to availability.
A change fee of 250 € will apply for any postponement requests.
The request for postponement must be made at least 30 days prior to the original retreat start date.
